Hi! I'm Leka and this is my dance blog. For me dancing is a real therapy, a good way to make friends with myself, get to know my inner self and just relax. Following the music with my body I completely dissolve in the moment and feel truly alive. Dancing makes me happier. Therefore, in my blog I would like to share this bit of happiness with you.If you too want to fall in love with yourself and probably find harmony, stay with me. I will be your guide to the world of dance therapy ♡

Stage presence

Here are some tips on how a dancer should carry themselves on stage during a performance:

- Maintain good posture: Stand tall with a straight back and open chest to exude confidence and elegance.

- Engage core muscles: Keep your abdominal muscles tight to support your movements and maintain stability.

- Move with purpose: Every movement should be deliberate and intentional, conveying the emotions and story of the dance.

- Express through the eyes: Connect with the audience by using facial expressions to convey the emotion and intention of the dance.

- Pay attention to spacing: Be aware of the positioning of yourself and other dancers on stage to maintain proper spacing and avoid collisions.

- Confidence and poise: Own the stage with a sense of confidence and poise, commanding attention through your movements and presence.

Remember, stage presence is just as important as technical skill in delivering a captivating performance.
